1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order on the Yals Creations website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Products & Customisation

• All our products are custom-made and 3D-printed based on your specific order. Each item is handcrafted individually.
• Product colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings and the nature of 3D-printed materials.
• You are responsible for entering the correct name, number, and colour preferences at the time of ordering. We print exactly what you submit.
• We reserve the right to decline orders that contain offensive, inappropriate, or unlawful text.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. We do not reserve stock or begin production until payment is received.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of checkout is final for your order.

4. Order Processing

• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin production immediately.
• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• You will receive an order confirmation with your order number. Please save this for future reference.
• In rare cases, we may need to contact you to confirm customisation details before proceeding.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within India only.
• Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Please ensure your delivery address and pincode are accurate. We are not liable for orders lost due to incorrect address details.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Exceptions — We will offer a replacement or full refund if:

• The product arrives damaged or broken
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• We printed the wrong name/colour due to our error
• The product is significantly different from what was ordered

Cancellations:

• Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund, provided production has not yet started.
• Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Process:

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• To initiate a return or refund claim, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, product names, and website content are the property of Yals Creations. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Yals Creations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India. We encourage customers to first contact us directly to resolve any issues amicably.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
