How long until my keychain reaches me?

We print on demand — usually 24–48 hours to make, then 2–5 days in transit with Shiprocket. You'll get an AWB number and tracking link by email the moment it ships.

Can I type the name in Tamil?

Yes. Every product page has an English / தமிழ் toggle. Type the name phonetically in English and the Tamil script fills in automatically — you can edit it before ordering if you want a specific spelling.

Why do some designs need a minimum order of 2?

A few designs (like NOVA) need at least 2 pieces per order — but they don't have to share a name. Add one with each person's name and you're set. The cart shows a reminder if you're below the minimum.

Can I change or cancel my order after paying?

Reach out on WhatsApp within 2 hours and we'll adjust it before printing starts. Once a keychain is printed with a specific name, we can't resell it, so changes after printing aren't possible.

What if the keychain arrives damaged?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery — we'll reprint and re-ship at no cost. Every piece is quality-checked before it leaves, but transit damage happens rarely and we'll make it right.

Do you ship outside India?

Not yet — we currently ship only within India via Shiprocket. International shipping is on the roadmap; message us on WhatsApp if you want to be notified.
